Job responsibility

1. Responsible for the after-sales work of stores of big brand customers;

2. Able to effectively balance the tripartite relationship between the company and customers and suppliers;

3. Coordinate with the counter of shopping mall on after-sales maintenance matters;

4. Handled emergencies during project implementation;

5. Maintained the relationship with the company's main customers, accurately understood and transmitted the intentions of customers, coordinated various resources to ensure the progress of the project.

Office qualification

1. Customer service experience;

2. Able to independently connect with customer service work;

3. Proficient in using office software such as excel/PPT;

4. College degree or above, good at summary, clear organization. More than 2 years of work experience in the same industry or more than 3 years of after-sales service experience, age 23-28;

5. Responsible, meticulous and diligent in work, and recognized the after-sales work. Good communication skills, customer service skills, executive ability, learning ability;

6. Cet-4 and CET-6.
